Fully equipped and ready to go

No other specialist mortgage broker has a ‘Tony and Brian’ whose sole mission is to obtain personal and secure final sign off of your customers’ applications in their own homes, workplace – or wherever they happen to be. Which as you’ll soon discover, can be just about anywhere from onboard a ferry to standing in passport control at an airport.

Tony and Brian are only sent out to cases which have been thoroughly checked and approved to go by our advisors. Inside their cars they have everything they need to get documents signed and sent, and ID checks complete. Right down to a mobile photocopier.

It’s not a gimmick. This personal intervention is just another reason why we can complete applications and have funds in place in just 2-3 weeks.

Dave saves the day

One of our brokers’ customers had an urgent £120k tax bill to pay to avoid punitive HMRC penalties. This time, another one of our couriers, Dave, rode to the rescue.

The customer, his wife and three children were about to go on a three-week holiday to the USA and simply had to have the application completed before they left that evening. However, with no free time available to sign and submit documents during the day, Dave took off to Gatwick to meet them at the airport and get the job done.

Having parked in the passenger ‘Drop Off’ area the clock was ticking. Dave found the customer in the check-in queue and took him back to the car to properly check and sign the paperwork. The customer then went back to the queue so his wife could come out and sign. While all this was happening, Dave had to sweet talk a traffic warden for five minutes to avoid a hefty fine of his own! Dave then drove the documents back that evening and the funds were available the next day ¬ – in time for the family landing in the States.
