Despite its challenges, we have welcomed 36 new staff members, growing our team to 100+ and taken on 20+ self-employed advisors. Across our six lending sectors, we’ve successfully helped over 2,000 customers raise over £300m.

What a year 2022 has been!

Despite its challenges, we have welcomed 36 new staff members and grown our team to over 100. Across our six lending sectors, we’ve helped over 2,000 customers raise over £300m.

Our charitable focus has been on children and those affected by the economic crisis who are unable to afford food, while also supporting our staff by doubling any amount they have independently raised. Starting in January, our latest charitable commitment is a 3-year sponsorship to educate 12 children in Namibia via The Don McMath Foundation.

None of the above would have been achievable without the support of our dedicated staff, invaluable introducers, and our lending partner friends. Our position allows us to benefit all parties concerned as best as we can, as well as the many people in need in the wider community.

2023 will be a year of continued, exciting growth, providing ongoing opportunities and development for those with the right work ethic, who take pride in their every day, share our values, and want to impact everyone they deal with positively.

Our mantra, ‘It’s completely taken care of’ encapsulates all staff, lending partners, introducing brokers and most importantly our customers, who consistently provide us with Feefo 5-star feedback: ‘Taking care’ is at the heart of everything we do and this year has been nothing short of an honour.
